It’s thinner and lighter and weighs 470 & 595 grams with a screen resolution of 1280 x 800 with a battery capacity of 6800mAh.
Both these tabs have the Touch Wiz UI which is the one of the best feature making Android 3.0 (Honeycomb) as its operating system.
They have a dual-core application processor, with 3 megapixel camera and 2 megapixel front cameras with LED flash. Its added features are Google Talk Video Chat, Google Maps, Books, etc. Samsung Touch Wiz UX Samsung Mini Apps Tray Social Hub, Music Hub, Readers Hub etc. The new tablet Touch Wiz also has new size adjustable widgets
They hardly draw any difference in the features. But Galaxy Tab 10.1 is a bit expensive than 8.9. The tab 10.1 will be seen in the market by 8th June 2011 whereas Tab 8.9 will be seen this summer.
The pricing are not announced yet decided but though we have heard that the 8.9 inch Tab costs only $469 and Galaxy Tab 10.1 Pricing 16GB - $499 32GB - $599. But it is going to give a tough fight to iPad2only for Wi-Fi versions.
Galaxy Tab 8.9 is definitely dream to have it in your hands as it is comfortable in your hands too. What will you go for this summer?? Is it Galaxy Tab 8.9, Galaxy Tab 10.1, iPad2 or Apple?
